I have no experience with Fifth Third, so I can't help directly.

I suggest you pose your question in the Quicken Community 
( https://community.quicken.com/discussions/ ) - 
there's a much larger audience there.

I would also urge caution when evaluating the responses you get in 
the Community, especially the responses from non-SuperUsers. 
There's a tendency for some users to blame every problem they 
encounter while using Quicken ... on Quicken. 
While Quicken has made its share of mistakes, many "Quicken" 
problems are caused by the financial institutions, Intuit, or the 
users themselves.
