All four of the TD Ameritrade accounts were converted to Schwab, and everything looks OK. But... ...OSU doesn't work. Three of the four accounts were lumped together with a single Login-ID in OSU, but the fourth, my wife's IRA was separate, with a different Login-ID from the other three. OSU worked for my wife's IRA, but the other three didn't. I deactivated all three, and then tried re-activating them one at a time. OSU failed on all three with error CC-506 - "Quicken is unable to update your account. This may be because the account was closed or its nickname was changed." It fails even if two of the three is deactivated. Other than the three accounts being lumped together with a single login-ID, I don't see anything different between those accounts and my wife's IRA. Could that lumping together be a factor in their OSU failure? Should I try changing the user-ID on two of the three, so they are all different?
