What the original poster does not seem to realize is that Quicken's automatically-created rent Reminders have been flakey and unreliable from the start - since Rental Property features were first added to Quicken ... well over a decade ago.  If Quicken has not fixed those Reminders by now, I think it's unlikely they ever intend to fix them.

And given how easy it is to replace the Quicken generated rent Reminders with manually created regular Reminders; it makes little sense for Quicken to expend the money and manpower to provide such a minor benefit for such a tiny fraction of Quicken users.
