Issue with OSU for Stanford Federal Credit Union

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with OSU for Stanford Federal Credit Union. When I
do a OSU, I get Needs your attention
CC-800 5 Accounts
It appears one or more accounts at SFCU have been deleted.....

I've reset the accounts. I've deactivated and activated them.
I've done the troubleshooting - reset. 
Not sure what else to try.
