Character matching on input fields inconsistency

Is it just me?  When I enter a few characters in, say, the CATEGORY 
field, such as "UR", a drop down is presented with ALL the fields that 
contain that string within (eg: FURNITURE, EUROPE, INSURANCE, etc.). 
Same goes for the PAYEE field as well.  So far, so good.  And nice.

But for the TAG field, it only matches entries that START with the exact 
string entered...so unless you know the exact name, no joy.  Many of my 
tags start with the year followed by a name, so it would be really nice 
if the data entry was consistent.

Just me?  A reason for this implementation?? Am I missing something??? 
Is Quicken missing something????  Anyone else care?????
