John, Appreciated. This worked fine for the first year. Going forward, is there any way download any new prices without overwriting those from the first year? In other words, "limit" the date range of downloaded quotes? I realize I may have the same workaround at the end of the second year. R58.9 on Win10. Thanks, Pete
