I'm not getting a clear picture of what you're starting with
and what you expect to end with.

What is your ultimate goal?
Which account are you initiating the Transfer in: From or To?
How many different securities in the From account?
Are you trying to transfer all shares of all securities?
All shares of one security?
Some shares of one, or more securities?

The result of a Shares Transferred between accounts should be
one Shares Added transaction in the To account for each LOT in
the From account.

I can't picture the goal there.
