You don't say whether your OS is Windows, MacOS or Linux so I'm going to 
assume you mean converting the DOS data to Windows.

It appears there is no way to directly convert the DOS data to use in 
Quicken for Windows, but you can try to export a .QIF file from the DOS 
version of Quicken and then import that .QIF file into Quicken for Windows.
