Have a look at the discussion on this webpage: https://www.reddit.com/r/quicken/comments/1bkekct/how_to_bring_dos_8_data_into_quicken_2000_deluxe/ It appears there is no way to directly convert the DOS data to use in Quicken for Windows, but you can try to export a .QIF file from the DOS version of Quicken and then import that .QIF file into Quicken for Windows.
