Question about screen color randomizer script.

Is there a script for making same colors on screen to unique random colors continuosly so that when new color is same, then it will not get new random color, but old, after each monitor screen renewment?
What I am referring is a thing that remembers all the color respondings and if I would click for example F8, then it would reset them.

New random colors can be too old color +/- a difference variable.
