JOB DESCRIPTION:

=E2=80=A2	Must have relevant work experience conducting #PERFORMANCE Testin=
g/Engineering of mission-critical applications.
=E2=80=A2	Must have strong hands-on experience working with #Microfocus Loa=
d Runner (On Premise/Cloud)/ Performance Center/LRE & Develop automated scr=
ipts in VUGen for the initiatives using protocols such as #Web (HTTP(s)/HTM=
L), #Webservices etc.
=E2=80=A2	Should be expertise in creating Performance Test Strategy, Perfor=
mance scripting, Test execution, Workload modelling, Performance Test Analy=
sis and Reporting
=E2=80=A2	Must have knowledge about executing different performance tests l=
ike load/stress/soak etc.
=E2=80=A2	Should have hands-on expertise on #JMeter at least for 1 year
=E2=80=A2	Experienced in gathering non-functional requirements, requirement=
 analysis, developing test plan, creating effort estimations, Scripting, Ex=
ecution, Analysis and Reporting, Resource Capacity & Planning, Server/DB mo=
nitoring & tuning, performing performance impact analysis, conducting peer/=
lead reviews, daily/weekly status reporting, impact analysis and root cause=
 analysis.
=E2=80=A2	Defining the strategy for enabling performance diagnostics and mo=
nitoring through the use of an Application Performance Management (APM) too=
l like Dynatrace One Agent, other monitoring tools, and diagnostic techniqu=
es.
=E2=80=A2	Profiling application performance and suggest tuning opportunitie=
s across the application stack
=E2=80=A2	Ability to engage with development teams to push shift left perfo=
rmance engineering during all phases of the #SDLC.
=E2=80=A2	From Performance Engineering aspect, should have good exposure on=
 performance analysis on multiple technologies technology =E2=80=93 Java/JV=
M, Database tuning.
=E2=80=A2	Conduct Architectural & Technical reviews during software develop=
ment life cycle and to identify potential bottlenecks and provide suggestio=
ns for performance improvements.
=E2=80=A2	Develop dashboards and reports to provide ongoing visibility into=
 the performance of client applications.
=E2=80=A2	Plan and manage deliverables for: performance diagnostic, capacit=
y planning, performance architecture design, performance tuning, and perfor=
mance monitoring.
=E2=80=A2	Good to have AWS and Open Shift Environments exposure
=E2=80=A2	Excellent communication skills, excellent reporting and presentat=
ions skills.
=E2=80=A2	Good to have RPA (Automation Anywhere) knowledge.
