Job Description:

=E2=80=A2	Experienced in game design and/or design product gamification fra=
mework is a big plus
=E2=80=A2	3-5+ years of UI/UX and work-related experience required.
=E2=80=A2	Have a good understanding of UX (user experience, web, and mobile=
 interaction patterns). Strong visual/UI design skills.
=E2=80=A2	Proficiency in standard design software (i.e. Figma).
=E2=80=A2	Excellent communication and project management skills required.
=E2=80=A2	Ability to work under constant deadline constraints is required.
=E2=80=A2	Must have the ability to understand technical issues and communic=
ate information effectively.
=E2=80=A2	Proficiency in current and emerging web technologies (e.g. HTML, =
CSS) is a plus.
=E2=80=A2	Ability to discuss and present an in-depth knowledge of typograph=
y is important.
=E2=80=A2	Portfolio review required. Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Grap=
hic Design, Industrial
=E2=80=A2	Design or related area required. A combination of education and e=
xperience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
