Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
=E2=80=A2	Analyze legacy applications, access databases, and document the w=
orkflows, business processes, and requirements
=E2=80=A2	Propose, conceptualize, design, implement, and develop solutions =
for difficult and complex applications independently
=E2=80=A2	Perform testing, debugging, change control, and documentation for=
 major projects
=E2=80=A2	Collaborate with project managers to implement end-to-end solutio=
ns for complex projects
=E2=80=A2	Oversee the support, maintenance, operation, and upgrade of appli=
cations
=E2=80=A2	Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
=E2=80=A2	Review the physical design of existing systems for optimizing per=
formance
=E2=80=A2	Work with internal team to analyze system requirements and develo=
p a solution according to specifications
=E2=80=A2	Help business teams with data standardization, transformation, an=
d data quality improvement efforts
=E2=80=A2	Convert all #MS access databases into #Oracle APEX applications

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
=E2=80=A2	5+ years of experience working with #Oracle APEX and #Oracle Data=
base products
=E2=80=A2	Expert-level knowledge and understanding of #Oracle APEX with dem=
onstrated application development experience in the newer versions of #Orac=
le APEX - at least version 18.2 or higher
=E2=80=A2	Strong knowledge of #APEX Universal Theme and how to use it for v=
arious #UI requirements
=E2=80=A2	In-depth knowledge of #logical/physical database design and stron=
g experience in creating #PL/SQL Packages, #Procedures, #Functions, #Trigge=
rs, #Views, and Exception handling for retrieving, manipulating, checking, =
and migrating complex data sets in #Oracle
=E2=80=A2	Strong experience in writing and optimizing #SQL and #PLSQL
=E2=80=A2	Experience with modern #web dev. technologies like #HTML5, #JavaS=
cript, #jQuery Ajax, #XML, #CSS
=E2=80=A2	Good understanding of #REST API concepts and proficient in develo=
ping and consuming REST APIs with #Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS)
=E2=80=A2	Familiarity with all aspects of the #Software Development Life Cy=
cle and the ability to follow through with code implementation, including U=
nit Testing and ongoing support.
=E2=80=A2	Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communicati=
on skills
=E2=80=A2	Basic understanding of working in any #cloud platform (preferably=
 #AWS)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Inform=
ation Management or equivalent work experience.
