Required Skills:

University degree, diploma from a recognized institution, or applicable exp=
erience in the Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Commerce or Engineer=
ing field supplemented by management training
A minimum of 8 years progressive experience in Project Management
Proven track record leading and successfully deploying large-scale, high-ri=
sk, or strategic infrastructure and technology projects
Experience engaging and managing technology vendors in support of project d=
elivery objectives.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically when planning, establishing del=
ivery approach, identifying issues/risks and driving recommendations for re=
solution.
Skillful use of interpersonal skills and influence to accomplish work and t=
o ensure optimal team performance
Excellent communication and customer service skills =E2=80=93 demonstrated =
ability to work with executive, mid management and front line levels of the=
 organization
Strong experience facilitating project team meetings, cross-functional comm=
unication ,decision making, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distri=
buted teams (including offshore team members)
Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorit=
ies and deadlines


Preferred Skills:

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation preferred
Previous work experience at Enbridge or large complex organization
Previous work experience in TIS group within Enbridge
