Job Summary:

As the Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role =
in the successful migration of our PolicyCenter system to the cloud. You wi=
ll lead a team of skilled professionals, collaborate with cross-functional =
stakeholders, and leverage your in-depth knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCente=
r and cloud technologies to ensure a seamless transition. Your ability to a=
rchitect, design, and implement the cloud migration strategy will be critic=
al to the achievement of our business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related=
 field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead in successful Guidewire PolicyCenter =
implementations and cloud migrations.
Deep understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter functionalities and configurat=
ions.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Clou=
d Platform, and the ability to select the most appropriate platform based o=
n project requirements.
Strong proficiency in cloud architecture design and implementation, with a =
focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization.
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams to achieve project goals.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, testing practice=
s, and agile project management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving busin=
ess needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collabor=
ate effectively across various departments.
Relevant Guidewire certifications and cloud certifications are highly desir=
able.
