Job Description:
Partner with TAPs to build and implement sourcing strategies
=E2=80=A2 Execute sourcing strategies in networking, applicant pools, socia=
l media, boolean and database searches, cold calling, blogs, directories, e=
tc.
=E2=80=A2 Conduct validation and present top candidates to the TAPs for fur=
ther consideration
=E2=80=A2 Remain current on competitor hiring practices and market trends t=
hrough market intelligence gathering
=E2=80=A2 Build and maintain credibility by understanding job types and job=
 roles across the organization
=E2=80=A2 Proactively build community relationships and execute creative an=
d innovative sourcing strategies
=E2=80=A2 Actively participating in social networking such as Facebook, Twi=
tter, LinkedIn, etc.
=E2=80=A2 Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and improved sou=
rcing techniques to identify candidates
=E2=80=A2 Join intake sessions to establish relationships and learn roles a=
s well as coordinating with Hiring Managers as to the endorsement of candid=
ates, feedback and interview scheduling.
