Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execut=
ion, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with =
company strategy, commitments and goals. This individual will liaise with D=
evelopment, Quality Assurance and end users on the functional requirements =
definition, design, implementation and maintenance of software systems and =
will often manage complex projects that require input from cross functions.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Manage project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakehold=
ers
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project=
 outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Elevate risks to meet product launches and secure senior management appro=
val to move    forward
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential challenge=
s, and devise contingency plans
- Have a thorough understanding of the process and exhibit flexibility and =
creativity to fine tune timelines to project needs
- Lead global cross-functional team meetings and conduct timely follow-ups =
to track project deliverables from team
