"clone" method for Samsung Galaxy J2 (Android)

   I would like to copy my contact list (#1 priority), "recents" (#2 
priority), and apps (keeping visual order if possible) to a new phone 
(also a Samsung Galaxy J2.

   What is available to do that?

   Reason: the sound volume on incoming calls has drastically dropped 
and nothing has helped to restore it.
   Some idiot* said that replacing the speaker would fix it (never mind 
that sound volume in all other cases has NOT CHANGED).
