All web APIs are free. But not all web services are free. And if you meant Amazon Cloud Storage, its service is not free. If you want free cloud storage, use Google Drive, OneDrive, etc. There's even shell extensions for some of them, so that they can be directly accessed from Explorer or any shell based file managers.
