I thought they were rhetorical, and I also thought you were well aware
it's irrelevant to commenting on a proposal. It's all very strange what
an experienced News administrator like you is feigning ignorance of.

You are excellent at proposal hijacking, however. You just weren't quick
enough to do so this time.
