to do with who is permitted to comment on a proposal, which would be the
entire Usenet community. The purpose of alt.config is to comment on
proposed newsgroups, not to pursue your personal vendetta against me.
There are between half a dozen and a dozen revenge froups for that.

You are still the lowest of low-life scum for hijacking that proposal,
a shameful act for a News administrator who understood full well why
that was abuse on Usenet for an unethical News administrator to act in
