New Group Proposal: alt.hackers.wickedsamurai

CHARTER: alt.hackers.wickedsamurai provides a place to discuss hacking
and anti-pedophile tactics amongst its members and subscribers.

JUSTIFICATION: We need a group where the name was added correctly for
the group known as WickedSamurai. Groups of a similar name were not
added with approval and now the time has come for us to fix that and
gather together once again.
