You state that you have permission from your News administrator to send
a newgroup message. The syntax is correct. If the server rejects it, you
need to communicate with him directly.

Again: A tab character, not a series of space, is required. You were
able to produce a genuine tab character earlier. But this has nothing to
do with the error message.

For your newsgroups file:
alt.magick.astrology<tab character>Conjuring astrological forces.
