Proponent: Please get discussion going on topic in the existing
newsgroup alt.magick FIRST before sending the newgroup message. Once
discussion is taking place, then you can make an informed decision about
whether a separate newsgroup is warranted, paying attention to whether
those discussing the topic actually want to move discussion to the
proposed newsgroup.
