You don't have a Newsgroups file line, which means it won't be created on News sites that maintain their active files with the example active file at ftp.isc.org. For obvious reasons, there's no alt.text.rss hierarchy because this is Usenet and not RSS. There's no alt.text hierarchy because Usenet is text only unless it's in a binaries hierarchy. Everything about this is stupid. But you've done just enough to get an archived newgroup message. Too bad you couldn't be bothered to do anything right. Too late to do it better.
