I vote in favour.

He has spoken favourably around doing his part to revitalize USENET as a
medium for discussion. Attracting people to USENET by way of a fan-group
for Lunduke could boost popularity of the platform as a whole.

If created, it would be interesting to see if it could be synced up with
his BBS.
