New moderator for comp.ai

Dear all,

I've taken over as moderator for comp.ai, at least on an interim basis. 
  The previous moderator, David Kinny, was unable to continue after 
Melbourne University shut down his moderation account in 2012, and he 
recently expressed a desire to hand the reins to someone else with the 
requisite technical and administrative resources.

After a couple hiccups, the new moderation software is (hopefully) 
working correctly and so the group is once again accepting submissions.

charter, moderation policies, etc.:  https://logological.org/comp.ai

If anyone else is interested in joining the moderation team, please get
