All I can say for sure is that if ever something were truly an urgent 
problem, humanity would find an appropriate solution. Wind power fixes 
nothing, but creates a new problem in its constant need for de-icing and 
use of fossil fuels to do so. Solar power fixes nothing, but creates a 
new problem in its unrecyclable panels. If fossil fuels really do cause 
a significant issue for the world, a more realistic solution will 
emerge... and no, nuclear isn't it either.
