   "NATO" can't take Russia, and won't even try.

   It is in pure, panic, 'defense', mode now and
   due to a very long "Let America Deal With It"
   attitude couldn't fight its way out of a wet
   paper bag. Europe would be easier for Putin
   to crack than Ukraine. The Euros would just
   piss themselves, drop their pants and bend
   over to Vlad.

   Umm ... nothing really "pretended" about nuclear
   war. Russia WOULD give it a shot, different sort
   of mind-set. They're hard-asses in a sense most
   of the 'west' can't even comprehend now. Russia
   has always been a horrible place - and thus bred
   stoics and fatalists.

   Ignorant, esp deliberately ignorant, populations
   are a grave danger to themselves and others and
   cannot do 'democracy' in any form.

   I grew up in a time of great transition in the USA.
   We were taught, efficiently, to read/write/calculate.
   My brother, 3 years younger and not un-intelligent,
   could barely READ his so-called "diploma". He was
   taught a watered-down anti-USA version of history.
   No 'civics' - didn't even know how/why our govt
   worked. Everyone was taught on an ever-widening
   "curve" instead of by tangible performance. We
   don't want the idiots to FEEL BAD, right ?

   Reason - leftists had taken over the education
   system. Ignorance, incompetence, Marxism and
   error was their GOAL.

   Was very very happy when Trump decided to destroy
   the federal Dept Of (anti)-education. Still gotta
   get at those state-level echoes though ...

   If the USA/'west' wants to survive we need to elect
   more WOLVES, not more turkeys.

   But then little of this has anything to do
   with Linux .....
