Very true, nearly everything orange turd has done this term has a clear 
"follow the money" back to someone he's rewarding with government 
dollars.

But a second big aspect is that in his own mind, "orange turd can't 
lose -- he 'wins' everywhere, every time".  So he can't back away or 
decide to give up and let the Iranians be, because that would go 
against his own vanity of "orange turd always wins".

That's why this war has been "won" about 97 times over the last 142 
days of the war.  He has to believe he's "winning" or has "won".

So while enriching the war machine *is* at our expense is a reason, a 
*prime* reason is orange turd's vanity.
