Some decades ago, Paul Harvey had an interesting take on Israel's
need for nuclear deterrent.  He figured Israel needed only two
nukes to guarantee their enemies would never push far enough to
require use of the nukes.  One would be aimed at the Aswan High
Dam in Egypt, which would destroy basically all of Egypt--and/or
make pretty much all of Egypt uninhabitable for centuries.  The
other would be aimed at Mecca.
