One of the most important components of a GNU/Linux system, the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC) is rejecting AI(LLM) code, both original and edited: <https://linuxiac.com/gcc-adopts-policy-rejecting-significant-ai-generated-code/> Good! Great! Keep that pathetic slop out of GNU/Linux! The kernel itself may accept some AI(LLM) but that's due to social, not technical, reasons. It's great to learn that the GCC folks have come to their senses and purged a degenerate evil. Now if only others would also get smart and purge systemd and Wayland.
