I care about boot times for my main laptop, as I don't use the
suspend or hibernate functionality. Once past the 5-second GRUB
screen, it's 10 seconds until sddm gives the login prompt.

The only downside is that sometimes a 90-second needless wait time
occurs before shutdown. I shortened that a lot, but it came back.
