The service is/was provided by the Free University of Berlin. I don't
think they ever intended it to be commercial. IIRC the 10 euro/year
(after years of free service) was a necessity, because of the success of
the server.

As soon as I got their message I mailed and asked them to reconsider,
but no go. )-:
