Yes, if you don't mind both networks being on the same wires and any 
packets between them going through that interface twice. And provided 
the OS attached to that interface supports it

You also have to realise that things that rely on odd IP packets like 
ARP and broadcast may not in fact work as you might hope.

And you may need two DHCP servers
I would not do it if I could get everything onto one 254 machine class C.
