He seems to be ignoring the ratings. Other than the Christian Zionists and 
Jews there isn't much enthusiasm for the corner he's painted himself into. 
The Epstein files fiasco didn't help either. There may be nothing new in 
them but when you see someone burying something in the backyard it raises 
suspicions.  His waffling on immigration is another point. 

The upcoming elections will be interesting. Midterms seldom generate a lot 
of general enthusiasm meaning both parties will have to deal with the more 
opinionated wings.
