Yes. And even if its not totally free.

I think my sister was pulled off Table Mountain by one when she went A 
over T and puncture a lung and shattered her clavicle.

Most of what she paid for was post operative therapy,. The insurance 
covered all operations.

I think the helicopter was free as was the emergency hospital that 
pulled the ribs out of her lungs.

All black and Indian staff and bloody good they were too...

I miss Africa...
