Mahcnego is available but it has nothing to do with the Spanish sheep milk version. What I haven't seen lately is Cambazola. It's German and as the name implies is a cross between Camembert and Gorgonzola. The name also cleverly gets around the EU protected designation of origin stuff. The US isn't bound by PDO niceties. If it looks like Stilton and tastes like Stilton, it's Stilton. I've never seen domestic Gjetost although it may exist. Ski Queen has had that market covered for decades.
