   Ummm ... they MAY be right.

   Those cams are EXPENSIVE ... major loss by
   whatever means cannot be sustained.

   Also seems The Public has kinda turned
   against them - don't BUY the 'crime'
   angle anymore.

   This is not just USA, but UK and beyond.
