It is specifically NOT treated with those additives that make other PVC materials flexible. UPVC does contain fillers, especially Titanium Dioxide, which are added during manufacture for various reasons, one of which is to reduce UV damage to the PVC itself (but also to increase rigidity and reduce cost). -- Cheers, Daniel.
