Karl Marx would be spinning in his grave if he knew you were claiming
that the corporations whose power he was against were in any way the
fulfilment of his ideas.

The term for private corporations having more power over ordinary
citizens’ lives than the Government, is not “Communism”, but
“Fascism”. Or possibly “Corporatism”.

I think it’s “Fascism” if the Government themselves are in league
with the corporates.

A lot of that crap carries over to Windows today.

And oddly, some of it (the command-line limitations, drive letters and
I think “reserved” file names) actually predates it, going back to the
8-bit CP/M era.
