I did a bit of digging and found out that the term "corporatism"
has already been taken.  "Corporatocracy" seems to be preferable.

If you don't want to use the term "fascism" (even Heinlein mentioned
the term "corporate fascism" in one of his novels), the term
"regulatory capture" seems to be becoming a popular euphemism.
