Hello,

I've been using Google Desktop ever since its first beta release. It's quite accessible and rather helpful. I would recommend that you turn off the sidebar. It has no practical use for a screen reader user. You can launch the search feature by pressing ctrl+alt+g. Or you can also use the context menu in the systray to pull it up.

HTH.

Pratik

Does anyone have google desk top? If so, how does it work with jaws? I wanted to know before I downloaded it.
