Hi, It's a matter of opinion, but I am sticking with Windows XP Home. For one thing, I don't feel like investing in an upgrade of JAWS, which I think I would have to do for Windows Vista. And I don't know if there would be driver complications for scanners and other devices. What software do you use for burning CD's? Do you get music online, or copy commercial CD's? - Jackie McCraw ----- Original Message ----- From: Morey Worthington To: [email protected] Sent: Saturday, August 11, 2007 6:33 AM Subject: [VICUG-L] Stay or Move Hello all, I am using Win/XP Home with a medium range computer. I do not need the computer for all the visual games, photo stuff, etc. Is there any real reason why I should upgrade to Win/Vista? Using the computer as I do, can anyone give me a real reason to upgrade or should I keep on-a-chuggin where I am now till it gets sick and turns over? I use this computer for scanning paperwork, books, Internet, doing documents, burning CD's, and so on. Any thoughts appreciated.
