Hi.

Two things to check and fix if necessary:
1. When in your list of messages in the inbox, go into the view menu by
pressing alt-v. The first option you hear is Current View sub menu,
press enter on that. Then, down arrow until you get to the item which
says "Group messages by conversation." If it says it is checked, press
enter to uncheck it. The view menu will close and you'll be back in
your inbox in the list of messages.
2. Press alt-v to go back to the view menu. Arrow down one time to the
Sort By sub menu, press enter on it. Arrow down to received which sorts
messages by date which is usually what you want. If received is not
checked, press enter to check it. The view menu again closes and you're
back in the list of messages.

If this doesn't fix the problem, I do not know what else to tell you.
