Jackie,

If the num lock is turned off, the 2 keys in the middle of the top row of the numeric keypad serve in JAWS as the 
left and right mouse buttons.  They're labeled \ and *.
The num lock is turned off and on by the key in the upper left corner of the numeric keypad.
