The Quick Launch Bar [was "Re: [VICUG-L] Confused about Alt/Tab"]

Lynn and others,

I'm curious, as a blind user, do you find the Quick Launch Bar useful? I 
ended up getting rid of it so there would be one less tab stop between 
the Start Menu Button and the Task Bar.
