2 versions of internet explorer on my computer

Hi all,
Well folks, I have 2 versions of IE on my computer.
1 is, internet explorer
2 is, internet explorer with homer kit.
So, can I get rid of 1 of them without getting rid of my favorites?
I don't want to lose them, and I don't want to mess up IE, either.
