If this doesn't solve the problem, search the Microsoft web
site for the error number as there are more possible items
on the subject.

I'm trying to install the below update and I can't get the
thing to take.
It down loads, initializes but for the life of me it won't
install!  The 
error code is below the update name.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
