question about email in outlook express

Hi everyone,
I have a question about outlook express. I get a lot of email from stores, etc, that say click here to look at what the specials are at that particular store. I can never get to view those because I can't get the computer to do anything with those. So I was wondering if there was some setting in the program that has to be turned on so that those kinds of links will work or what. If anyone has any idea what my problem is with this I would appreciate any ideas. Thank you very much.
