Hi all,
I have a client/friend, who has a Dell 1501 laptop, running windows Vista Home Premium edition, 2 gig of ram, and window eyes 6.1
Here's the problems.
1. He is using AT&T dsl. He got on yesterday, by doing a manual install with a tech support person, and not using the CD.
And now the problem is, no matter what web page he types, it says "cannot find server."
What's the problem, and how to fix it?
2. He has a problem with Window eyes conflicting with something, but he doesn't know what it is.
He called the folks at GW Micro, but they couldn't help him either, because they didn't know.
So, anybody have answers for me?
